Intern / Part time Position - Receptionist/Showroom Assistant


Part time Receptionist / Showroom Assistant needed for luxury plumbing showroom.
20 - 25 hours per week approximately 9:30 am – 2:30 pm Monday through Friday.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
  • answer telephone, screen and direct calls
  • greet persons entering organization
  • direct persons to correct destination
  • deal with queries from the public and customers
  • general clerical support
  • schedule appointments for showroom staff
  • tidy and maintain the showroom area
Education and Experience
  • high school diploma generally required
  • knowledge of customer service principles & practices and basic clerical procedures
  • plumbing industry knowledge and/or kitchen, bath or interior design experience/education

  • attention to detail, initiative, and reliability
  • must be 18 years of age or older.

Sales Person / Estimator Needed


 Adapted Living Spaces is looking for a Sales person / Estimator who can represent the company. He or she must be able to work between 20 to 30 hours per week, depending on how many estimates are requested each week. Person must have experience in estimating, sales, home improvements / remodeling, and home modifications.
