NARI Announces Winners of Prestigious Atlanta Contractor of the Year (CotY) Award
|
The Atlanta Chapter of the National Association for the Remodeling Industry (NARI) held its 14th Annual Contractor of the Year (CotY) Awards Ceremony, announcing this year’s winners of the highly competitive and coveted home remodeling awards. The CotY Awards recognize the utmost in quality workmanship and professional standards within the remodeling industry. Contractors compete across 15 categories ranging from Best Residential Kitchen to Entire House Design.
The black tie CotY event is the culmination of months of hard work and deliberation. Contractors must complete an extensive application process, which includes the project history and electronic images. Many of the award names are familiar to Atlantans, while
some may be lesser known.
“If you are considering home remodeling, and you live in the Atlanta area, the NARI CotY Award winners is a great place to begin your contractor search. These folks are the best of the best,” said Troy Spencer, NARI Marketing Chairperson.
The 2006 CotY Awards winners include:

- Residential Interior Specialty - Atlanta Design & Build
- Residential Addition $100,000 -$250,000 - Hunter Reising Design Build, Inc.
- Residential Exterior Under $100,000 - Home Spaces Remodeling
- Residential Exterior Specialty - Home Rebuilders
- Entire House under $250,000 - SawHorse, Inc
- Entire House $250,000 - $500,000 - Atlanta Design & Build
- Entire House $500,001 - $1,000,000 - Construction Ahead
