 Member companies in good standing (per bylaws) may join the NARI Association Health plan. Benefits are offered to you, your employees and your eligible dependents.
 This healthcare program is exclusively for NARI Atlanta members. There are 8 Medical / Rx plan options to choose from. There is a PPO option using the Cigna PPO network and a Reference Based Pricing (RBP) with PHCS PPO network for practitioners only - no network for hospitals, etc...
All enrolling members must complete a Personal Health Questionnaire (PHQ). This is a summary of your health history. Utilizing the combined history of an organization’s population, customized rates can be formulated.
The cost is determined after the census information and PHQs have been reviewed by the Association Underwriting team. Traditionally, the Association health plan is 10%-25% lower than the Federal Marketplace (ACA) premiums, there are 8 bands of rates offered after being underwritten.
The plans and premiums are guaranteed for 12 months. Acuity is the TPA who pays the claims. Once effective, the plan cannot be cancelled during the plan year. If the group is cancelled, advanced notice of termination or changes (State/Federal/ERISA Laws) will be sent.
 Cigna PPO Network - view the list of providers as a guest. Reference Based Pricing - PHCS network for practitioners, no network for hospitals, etc.. If you have a true emergency, go to the closest emergency room. If the ER is used for non-life or limb threatening conditions - restrictions may apply.
