NARI Cares Project Application

Project Criteria
Non-Profit Organizations & Individuals
Required: 
  • Willing to complete a NARI Cares Project Proposal Form. 
  • Ability to show a clear and significant need, with little or no ability to satisfy that need.  
  • NARI Cares Board member willing to take on the project.  
  • Accessible, single point of contact for scheduling and questions.  
  • Project on-site review and the ability to create a clear, definite scope of work prior to starting. 
  • Property insured and Organization/Homeowner willing to sign a liability waiver. 
  • All workers to sign a liability waiver.  
  • Organization/Homeowner willing to sign a media release including photos, quotes, testimonials, etc. 
  • Ability to take before, during, and after photos. 
Preferred: 
  • Project location in Metro-Atlanta or surrounding suburbs. 
  • Self-funding: Already have the needed products or have the funds to purchase products, possibly grant dollars or donations.  
  • Have a clearly defined story. 
  • Scope of work that is remodeling in nature. 
  • Scope of work that can be completed in 5 days or fewer. 
  • Provide food for workers. 
  • Provide bathroom facilities for workers. 
  • Defined labor requirement: specific skills needed and number of unskilled workers needed. 
  • Homeowner/Organization willing to speak to the NARI membership either live or on video. 
  • Organization is (or willing to become) a NARI member.
