Jeff Lovejoy

My professional career began in banking; first at a small savings & loan in rural Maryland. I left that S&L and moved to a larger bank in DC and then moved again to a bigger bank in Richmond, which then merged with C&S here in Atlanta. Leadership moved me to Atlanta in 1991 where I was given the title of Senior Vice President responsible for running teams at NationsBank and ultimately Bank of America that supported sales teams.

In 2003, and after 18 years at Bank of America and predecessor banks, I moved over to Wachovia Bank and remained there until 2007, at which point I left banking and purchased an ActionCOACH franchise.

In my role as an ActionCOACH business coach I work with business owners to scale their businesses by getting the owners to focus some of their time and effort on the strategic aspects of their businesses. My clients know everything they need to know about doing the work that their business does but have never had any training on strategic matters (marketing and sales, financial management, team building, systematizing their business, establishing a clear vision, mission statement and core values etc.) These strategic areas are what will take their businesses to the next level.

I've had the pleasure of working owners of remodeling companies and have helped take one to national recognition.
